companies operating in a niche. Within this diverse marketplace,
we seek niche companies that have market leadership potential.
We partner with management
teams to acquire and to help build companies in the “lower
middle market” — small niche leaders with revenues typically
between $10 million and $50 million at the time of our investment. In addition,
we pursue acquisitions of add-on companies with as little as $2
million in revenue.
