Office Resources, Inc. Acquires Office Logix

CHICAGO, Ill.-September, 2003: Prospect Partners, LLC is proud to announce the acquisition of Office Logix of Manchester, New Hampshire, by Office Resources, Inc., of Boston, Massachusetts. Office Logix's name will be changed to Office Resources New Hampshire.

Office Resources is a leading distributor of Knoll office products in New England.

Office Logix, New Hampshire's exclusive dealer of Knoll office furniture since 1998, "provides a great opportunity to improve our market penetration," says Paul Fraser, CEO of Office Resources. "We're looking at acquisition opportunities in metropolitan and secondary markets that give us an even stronger foothold in New England."

In line with its expansion goals, Office Resources in early 1993 opened an office in Hartford, Connecticut. "During a difficult year, when many industry players have been consolidating, we've opened two new locations with strong support of the manufacturer," Fraser says.

Office Resources is a unit of Office Resources Holding Company, a company formed by Prospect Partners in 1999 with CMS companies and current Office Resources management.
