RUSS STUBBING JOINS P.A.C. HOLDINGS AS CHAIRMAN AND CEO

Russ Stubbings, formally CEO of Deflecta-Shield Corporation, has joined P.A.C. Holdings as Chairman and CEO. P.A.C. Holdings is a holding company founded by Mr. Stubbings and Prospect Partners, LLC to build a leading company in the automotive and truck accessories industry. Prospect Partners, LLC manages a $105 million private equity fund that finances management-led leveraged acquisitions as well as providing capital for other company growth needs.
