Mr. Holcomb is a Vice President of Prospect Partners.

Before joining the firm, he was an Associate in the Chicago office of the middle-market private equity firm American Capital, Ltd. (Nasdaq:ACAS). At American Capital, he assisted in deal origination and execution, and also in the monitoring of portfolio companies. Earlier, Mr. Holcomb was an Analyst in the Chicago office of the investment banking firm Bear Stearns & Co., Inc., where he provided merger and strategic advisory services and debt and equity financing for companies across a diverse set of industries.

Mr. Holcomb serves as a Director of a number of platform companies, including Codel Holding Company, ESI Lighting, Inc., Knight Packaging Group, Inc., Navix Holdings Corp., Spirit Foodservice Products, Inc., and WDP Holdings Corp.

Mr. Holcomb earned a B.A. from Kenyon College, and an MBA, with distinction, from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
