Mr. O'Dell is a Vice President of Prospect Partners.

Before joining the firm, he was a Vice President at Silver Oak Services Partners, an Evanston, Ill.-based lower-middle-market private equity firm focused on business, consumer and healthcare service industries. At Silver Oak, Mr. O'Dell was actively involved in all aspects of the firm's investment process. Earlier, he worked as an Associate at the private equity investment firm Willis Stein & Partners in Chicago. He also worked as an Analyst at the investment banking firm Harris Williams & Co. in Richmond, Va.

Mr. O'Dell serves as a Director of a number of platform companies, including: Kronos Foods, Inc., Gold Star Food Service, Inc., Prospect Water Co. LLC, Summit Fire Protection Co., SurePoint Holdings, LLC, and Tender Products, Inc.

Mr. O'Dell earned a B.S. from the University of Richmond and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
