OUR PEOPLE
Prospect Partners was
formed in 1998 by Founding Principals William V. Glastris, Jr.,
Louis W. Kenter and Richard C. Tuttle. Principal Erik E. Maurer
joined Prospect at the closing of Prospect Partners Fund I in 1998
and Principal Maneesh K. Chawla joined Prospect in 2000.
The three founding principals
of the firm have worked together in multiple settings since 1984.
They joined together to form a private equity firm that would leverage
their investment expertise and interest in the lower middle market.
