Prospect Partners (“Prospect”), a leading private equity firm investing in pre-middle market companies, is pleased to announce the addition of Laura Juarez as a Financial Operating Partner. Laura will be responsible for supporting and driving post-acquisition value creation initiatives at Prospect’s portfolio companies with a specific focus on the finance and accounting functions.
Laura joins Prospect with over 15 years of experience leading the finance and accounting functions for growing middle-market businesses and has been a multiple-time CFO for highly acquisitive PE-backed companies across a variety of industries. Most recently, Laura held the role of Chief Financial Officer of Aesop Auto Parts, a supplier of recycled auto parts. Prior to Aesop, she was the CFO at Envista Forensics, a global forensic consulting and engineering services firm. She also held various roles at Cole-Parmer, including both corporate controller and senior director of finance. Earlier in her career, she was in multiple midwest regional finance and accounting positions at United Rentals.
