Zach Stander

Vice President

Zach joined Prospect Partners in 2023. He is a Vice President of the firm, managing select portfolio company relationships as well as sourcing and executing transactions. He has over 6 years of experience investing in and advising niche manufacturing, value-add distribution, specialty service and other fast-growing middle market companies.

Before joining us, Zach was a Senior Associate at Erie Street Growth Partners and an Associate at Apogem Capital (fka Madison Capital Funding). He began his career as a Management Consultant at PwC.

Zach holds a B.S. from the University of Alabama, and an M.B.A. from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. He lives in Chicago with his wife. Outside of the office, Zach enjoys golfing, skiing, and cheering on the Crimson Tide to their next national championship.
