Customer Contact Services (“CCS”) is a leading provider of technology-enabled outsourced virtual receptionist and inbound communication customer service solutions based in Minnetonka, MN.
Exited Platform
We sold our interest in Minuteman Security Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise security technology solutions, in a highly successful exit process in August 2023.

Laura Juarez
As a Financial Operating Partner, Laura Juarez drives value creation across the Prospect portfolio focusing on the finance function. Laura has more than 15 years of experience leading the finance and accounting functions for growing middle-market businesses and has been a multiple-time CFO for highly acquisitive PE-backed companies across a variety of industries. She is also a certified public accountant who began her career in public accounting at a national firm specializing in non-profit and employee benefit plan audits.
Zach Stander
Zach Stander joined Prospect Partners in 2023. He is a Vice President of the firm, managing select portfolio company relationships as well as sourcing and executing transactions. He has over 6 years of experience investing in and advising niche manufacturing, value-add distribution, specialty service and other fast-growing middle market companies.
Ryan Chapman
Ryan Chapman joined Prospect Partners in 2023 as an Associate. He sources and executes transactions and manages select portfolio company relationships.
